Warranty Coverage:
  •  We offering 1 year, 2 year and 3-year warranty period for our products. For the selected products the period of the warranty will be change.
  • Our products are covered by a warranty period against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • During the warranty period, Bag LK will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts or components free of charge.
Warranty Conditions:
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Warranty applied for the Body and parts.
  • If the Body Cracks (PP) we will offer a bag to bag replace warranty. (Warranty will not apply for the scratches or physical impacts)
  • Fabric bags we are offering a repair warranty
  • For the part damages wheels, trolley, locks, handles, zippers we are offering a repair warranty free of charge.
  • Repair warranty done totally free of charges during warranty period. (Charges will apply if the parts need to be fully replaced)
  • Proof of purchase may be required to claim warranty service.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:

Limitation of Liability:
  • Bag LK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
