Introduction

Bag.lk is an e-business that supplies customers in Sri Lanka with the best bags, around 400+ designs.

This agreement governs the use and access of the www.bag.lk site. You accept to be bound by this user agreement by accessing tour services.

Bag.lk got the right to modify, remove and add new terms to this user agreement without an earlier statement, which is supposed to have been thus updated once posted online.

Interpretation

Bag.lk – The Terms We, Us, and Our will refer.

User – Any partaker that operates, browses, or purchases from here will be introduced as “you” in the agreement.

Customer – The Person that makes a fee for an order

User Account

Licenses of the User Account

To satisfy yourself with specific services and be eligible for our loyalty points, users can register for a User Account on the Website. The enrollment of such an account is based on the email address and mobile phone number, and we would not be capable of reassigning such points or previous order details from other user accounts.

Confidentiality of the User Account

The user name, password, and other sensitive information must be confidential. You will be responsible for unauthorized use of your account or its details. Bag.lk will not assume liability for auctioning the instructions that come via the logged-in user account without any additional confirmation.

Permissible to Access the Site

As per the governing regulations of Sri Lanka, one should be lawfully permitted to access an e-commerce site and enter into contractual agreements. You confirm that you are 15 years old or elder and are shopping for individual purposes only by accessing the site.

Use of the Site

The Bag.lk site and its sub-domains shall not be utilized for any defrauding purpose or malware distribution. It should not be operated to test cards or for cash laundering.

Payments and Purchases

Purchases

All purchases must be for the self or a known partner. In some cases, you act as someone else’s agent. There should be a traditional association or contractual duty between you and the person working for you.

Methods of Payment

You can choose from many payment methods. One still has to use someone’s card or other payment methods to pay the dues. We are responsible for the data contained on the Website and not externally.

Receipt of Payment

For purchases that have to be completed prior to delivery (all orders except cash payments), we will not execute the order until the full amount is due. We are not responsible for processing delays due to withholding of payments.

Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to take remedial action, including non-refundable payment, from the order recipient.

Product Variations

The actual product may have variations in colour, composition and design compared to the product shown on the Website. It may happen due to the changes in your device’s display and light conditions.

Out-of-Stock Items

There could be infrequent instances where the product you need is not available at the time of completion. In such cases, we have the right to replace with a similar product or notify you and discuss possible alternatives.

Product Notes and Tags

Users must pay attention to the site’s notes and tags, which supply essential details of certain products’ deliverability, lead period, and regulations. We will not be responsible for an action or meeting the expectations if any orders are placed without concerning such published information.
