• Return and Exchange Policy:
  a. Bag LK allows customers to return or exchange products within 7 days of the purchase date.
  b. The returned product must be in its original condition with the original tag intact.
  c. Customers must provide the original bill as proof of purchase for return or exchange.
• Refund Policy:
  a. Bag LK does not provide cash refunds for returned products.
  b. Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or a replacement product.
• Delivery:
  a. For customers in Colombo, delivery will be completed within 2 working days from the order placement date.
  b. For customers outside of Colombo, delivery will take 3 or 4 working days.
  c. Bag LK will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Self-Pickup:
  a. Customers who choose the self-pickup option can collect their orders from Bag LK’s designated location.
  b. Cash on delivery orders for self-pickup will be Cancel within 4 days from the order placement date.
• Product Availability:
  a. Bag LK strives to maintain accurate stock information on the website. However, there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, Bag LK will notify the customer and provide alternative options or a refund.
• Product Warranty:
  a. Bag LK provides a warranty on products as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
• Privacy Policy:

• Installment Payment Policy
  a. When you buy products for installment from KOKO and MintPay an additional charge of 5% will be added from the product original amount.
